Premium Membership — Cancellation & Subscription Policy
This policy explains how the Ocean Flow Premium Membership is billed, and how you can change or cancel it.
Billing
The Premium Membership is a recurring monthly subscription of $89 per month. Your payment method is stored securely and automatically charged $89 on the same date each month, based on the date you enrolled, until you cancel.
Benefits & In-Store Redemption
This is a membership for services, not a shipped product — there are no deliveries. All membership benefits, including the $89 monthly service credit, 10% off add-ons, complimentary upgrades, loyalty stamps, and birthday perks, are redeemed in person at Ocean Flow Massage & Wellness at the time of your visit. Please present your membership at check-in.
Service Credit
The $89 monthly service credit is valid for 30 days from each billing date. Unused credit expires at the end of each 30-day period and does not roll over. Service credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account — your order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription — or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future monthly charges. Your membership and benefits remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
Refunds
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable, including any unused service credit or benefits. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund the current month.
Failed Payments
If a monthly payment fails, we will automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after repeated attempts, your membership will be paused or cancelled and benefits suspended until payment resumes. Please keep your payment information up to date.
Changes
Ocean Flow Massage & Wellness may modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms, with advance notice of any material changes. You may cancel if you do not agree.
